as nbc ron allen explains it was the second aviation mishap in recent days. they finally land whenhe front landing gear failed. smoke rising in the cabin. frantic effort to get everyone off. myanmar national airlines toof of for and hour an minute flight. in a statement the airline said an emergency warning system went off when the front landing gear wouldn't go down. the pilot tried a backup procedure that also faid. circles the tower twice so air traffic controllers could see whether the nose landing gear was down. dumped fuel to rede the plane's weight and then put the plane down landing with no front wheels. just last week anotheranding in myanmar when a plane skidded and overran a run way in a
