sm th announced results of an internal investigation into the incident at aamcus high school locker room on october 31st of last year. t led to the arrest of five damascus high school football players on charges they used a i broomst to sexually assault jv players. the domestic found a policy violation resulted that the were running late and left players unsupervised between ault and 3:15, when the a was said to have taken place. school resource offers from montgomery county police were not notified until the next day, november 1st. they found insufficient evidence to determine if there was an el unreasonable d this reporting. >> i'm telling you it did not indicate a sexual assault at that time. the next morning i became much more clear as staff members talked with students about what actually had transpired. >> reporter: smith said the jv

supreme court decided roe v. wade back in 1973. the only exception for an abortion under this bill is if the woman's life is in danger. it does not include exclusions for rape and incest. it was a heated debate where senate lawmakers made the case for and against the measure. the alabama state house overwhelmingly approved the bill. it makes performing an abortion at any stage of pregnancy a felony and any doctor performing one could face 100 years in prison. they introducedther restrictions on a borgsz this year. four states oulawed abortions after six weeks of conceptions. >> the things were put out there about fear and now we can deal with what it actually does and move forward w and seehat happens. >> i apologizeto to in this state for not knowing whether or not they could help women with reproductive health

our storm system which has just beenhe rotating all t way around the eastda to just sitting and spinning here. new york this afternn, 49 and rain. that's just nasty stuff. they had kind of what we had during the day yesterday. we'll see better condions tomorrow areawide as that storm system moves on out. you can see the highs today. 64 was the high here, 52 in new york. event' raleigh at 67, tha really cool for them. you have to go way down to the south and west to get to the warmer air. that's where we're going to see it and that's where it's eventually going to move our way. this pattern shifts off. we'll see the cool air start to move out. we'll see this big ridge in the middle part of the country move closer to our area. b the key is where is it going to set up, because we're right on the line. cool to the north, warm to the south. i think we get to the warm air first, and really, i think the warm air will win out but it's something i'll be watching for the next couple days for sure. the warm air does win out
