i'm meagan fitzgerald following breaking news out of california. inves gators are nowficially blaming the so-called camp fire on the pacific gas and electric corporation. the announcement ces justas pg&e's new ceo, bill johnson, was testifying before a state tt assembly commiee yesterday. we want to show you vid of that deadly camp fire. state officials said transmission lines owned and operated by pg&e started the fire the morning november 8th of last year. cal fire has now releaed its full investigative report. t it says it was forwarded to the butte county district attorney's office which is considering criminal charges against the utility company. a decision that could take months. preparation for the upcoming

yesterday i sat down for a conversation with diversity with the historic cast of "the joy luck club." it was held by the asian american institute for studies. featured a majority asian american cast and told they stor from the point of view of asian american women. it will be 25 years before another movie fanaturing asian cast would be a huge success at the box office, "crazyich asia asians." they talked about the need for more recession in hollywood not -- more representation in hollywood not only behind the scenes, but so that asians can have more opportunities in the field. ou have decision makers giving asians a voice roles, and not just rol made for asian -- take any role and say why couldn't you see an asian person in that role. >> right. get your baseball gloves and chaps ready.

fr time to time in this work, i meet people who teach me what about really matters in this world. last week i m a couple who gave up their fast-paced city lives and moved to the country because, well what wouldn't a parent do for their chi? deep into loudoun county where treesit along the road with a farmless river meets this couple. that was 2016, a year before greg moved his wife and childret to cl hill, bought 24 acres, stepped back from his realty business andar stted farm farmi farming. everyone working here has an intellectu or developmental disability. just like greg's 11-year-old son max. >> it's a safe place for him. that drove the decision. >> max is autistic and nonverbal.

for two seasons.it during our vis he gathered eggs and sowed the fields. you like working here? >> yes, i love working here at the farm. >> his employers hope the josh is learning could lead to him joining the larger work force. greg and mair told me the son's autism likely won't ever allow him to work here, but there's a bright spot in max's new life. >> our plans were for our son to come outside and basically see people just like him andlifeel he had his own little community. >> yes. >> that he wasn'to s different. >> and greg andwa maya nt their employees to feel the same way. this farm i a nonprofit. so they pay their employees with money that they raise. next month ey're having their first big fundraiser. it's called "feast in the field." it'sexactly what it sounds like. they'll put a big table, a communal table in the field, and hey've got a chef coming to prepare this great meal. we're going to put more information on that in the app. >> how wonderful.
