northbound on 95re is where the crash is. it was a crash involving a tractor-trailer that hit a disabled vecle in the middle of the roadway. and theyboth burst intoflames. amazingly,no injuries, but northbound 95 here 198 right now looks like we're shut down. we had the left shoulder getting by a couple of minutes ago. we just spoke with poice, and in the left shoulder we have another disabled vehicle. the ramp from westbnd 198 to i-95 is also shut down at this point this morning. inner loop, outer loop of the beltway, no big complaints on the beltway. poolesville, a reminder, 28 at buck lodge road, all lanes shut down because of an accident there. eun? >> thank you. developing this morning, police in prince george's county are trying to figure out how a woman eed up dead in a creek.s her body ound in a creek inn riverdale o 64th avenue near william went middle school. video shows where detectives discovered the victim yesterday morning.as the body w found in the murky water covered by debris, and it was decomposindecomposing.

the medical examiner will do an autopsy to concern the cause of death. also this morning, the desperate search for a missing west virginia tilnager w continue today. hundreds of volunteers oined authorities looking for riley craw -- riley crossman. she disappeared from her family's home last week. her mother thougor she left f school early, but she never showed up. her parents believe she may have been kidnapped. morgan county sheriff says his team is almost certain riley did not leave voluntarily. the abortion debate is back in the headlines this morning.ba a's governor has signed a controversial bill into law that ans most abortions and punishes any people who perform them. this law could mean the supreme court will consider abortion laws againwe 're working 4 you with a look at local laws. d.c. has one of the least restrictive laws in the country. abortions do not require a licensed physician ao not have to be performed in a hospital. in maryland, women have protected access to abortions,
