exchangebetween a man and police that led to several arrests. at one point the officer shoves a man. it sparked a conversation about the way d.c. police patrols predominantly african-american neighborhoods. >> but tonight there's a new twist. he joins us live near police hehadquarters. w are you learning? >> reporter: the d.c. police union is accusing ward 7 council member -- excuse me, commissioner about saying that he is making veiled threats against officers. now, this is during police week. this is time when people come here to this memorial located here police headquarters to pay tribute to fallen officers. the d.c. police union is acusing him of this,and he says he's not backing down and he's not apologizing. >> it makes me feel very hurt. >> reporter: the anc commissioner is upset with the d.c. police department. >> it hurts my soul to keep seeing people retraumatized over and ovro again f the stops.

right through the roof of this warehouse not far from los angeles. you can see the hole that jet made in this roof. this all happened as the pilot was preparing to lathd. military says it appears the jet was having hydraulic problem. the pilot loci control, ded to eject from the plane. that pilot and five people on the ground were injured but all are pected to be okay. now to the latest on a disturbi story in prince george's county. three teenagers have been charged with brutally beating a 14-year-old girl to death in river dale. police fay two o them have ties to the ms-13 ganwa her body s found yesterday nearly a month after she was killed. leon harris joins us with the heart breaking reaction from this young woman's family. leon? >> reporter: it really is heart breaking. we spoke with her family. her opt told us you can imagine the entire family is devastated now. for nearly month they held

onto hope until her body was found hidden near a creek yesterday. the teens arrested apparently killed her to keep her quiet about a robbery they all took a part in. prince george's police say a day after the robbery in d.c. 16-year-old jose ponce, a 17-year-old cynthia hernandez lured her into the ods and they were worried she would go to it police so police say that's why decided to kill her. they say the investigation not over and tthat ere is a fourth suspect. here's what her aunt had to say. >> and she was barely starting to live and they just do this to her. everybody has their day. god is going to handle that. whether it's now or later and this life or next, they're going to pay. and for the person still out there, they're going to get them no matter what because the streets talk. >> reporter: now she is the

perform an autopsy tomorrow. officials discovered the body just hours after hundreds of volunteers searched for riley on wednesday. the month-long stay inside d.c.'s venezuelan embassy for a group of activists has come to an end. the secret service and state department special agentsd removend arrested four protesters in there today. the group is loyal to venezuelan president nicolas maduro but the u.s. recog ozesosition leader juan guaido. guaido's government wanted the activists out. when they refused to lee they became trespassers. the venezuelan ambassador asked for u.s. help to remove them. t tomorrow man accused in the brutal and high profile murdenof a jogger near loga circle returns to court. anthony crawford will formally hear the charges against him during his arraignment. a d.c. judge rule he's now competent to stand t ial. prosecutors say he stabbed wendy martinez last september.

that shocking attack made international headlines. martinez lived just a few blocks from where she was killed. she had gotten engaged a week before her death. she called herse a doctor. she said she was a psychologist and hundreds of people took their children to her for treatment. well, now stafford county investigators say it was all a rouse andhe's facing charge 42-year-oldtia rhondaaviary is behind bars tonight after turning herself in. she's facing multiple charges including practicing sikaelg without a license. for about six yearsaviary worked for defunct medical practice. the investigation into her background started last fall when some suspicious parents began to make complaints. >> some of hera pents believe they had been misdiagnosed or their children had been misdiagnosed while under her care, and they couldn't find a
