her up. thre girls and a boy have been charged with assault. and an update on the search for donald lewis. he's accused of grand larceny and was mistakenly released last night fom the fairfax county. he was rearrested in d.c. at 9:20 this morning. sheriffs deputies along with members of the u.s. marshal'sfu tives task force made the arrest without incident. we're working to learn about a developingry s d.c. police and fire are working on two investigations inside the same colombia heights apartment building. >> a man was shot and killed yesterday around 1:00 a.m. and hours later a fire broke outth e same floor. several people were rescued from the building on hayat place northwest. fi crews were able to get everyone out safely. no word with the shooting and fire are connected. we're also following a possible
