inner loop, georgetown pike blocked the work zone. inner loop before 66, two right lanes get by that work zone. ne. rest of the beltway is southbound 270 there at buckeystown pike, 85, right lane getting by. aas we look 66 between fairfax county parkway and 28 in the eastbound lanes, two right lanes are getting by the work zone there. in the andistrict, overnight crash. pennsylvania avenue between 27th and 28th, lanes blocked. utility repairs from tat overnight accident. aaron? >> k you. 4:02. a d.c. woman has serious injuriedsto her face and han after being mauled by a pair o dogs. the attack on her was the second of the day in oneou seast neighborhood. surveillance video shows the same dogs ambushing a teenaged boy who was walking his dog yesterday. you can see the dogs corneren the tees he tried to save his pet. he injured his hand fighting them off. a few hours later, the same dogt aked a woman as she was taking out her trash.

she tried to protect herself with the trash c as a shield. >> i was in the house. when i came out, it was -- the end of the dogs mauling her, and the police had pulled up. when i was walking to see -- talk to the police, the dogs came toward the officers. that's when the officers shot them. >> police searched the dog ow ner's home and found evidence of a significant commercial marijuana operation. the banneker ridge homeowners association said they had been trying to get the occupants evicted for months with no success. a> over in nort d.c., two dogs were rescued from a suspected dog-fighting operation. the humane rescue alliance said at least one had wounds consistent with fighting.rs investigatolso found dog fighting paraphernalia at the home. no word if the owner will face charges. we've learned a former government official is accused of sexually abusing a child at r restant in tinleytown.
