she's back in first 4 traffic with a look at the commute. chuck, show us what we need to know today. all right. another chance for strong to severe thunderstorms later on in the day today. it was definitely more of a miss unanimous a hit yesterday. no one -- more of a miss than a hid yesterday. no one complained about that. a slight risk of strong to severe storms up into pennsylvania. that's where most of the severe weather yesterday was. for us, a chance for a couple of thunderstorms. we'll watch it carefully. you see on the radar loop, this goes back 12 hours. wat all the lightningt the beginning across pennsylvania. it was quite the light show just north of us and just south of us. we didave scattered thunderstorms yesterday, everybody caught a break and not a single pers was heard to complain about tht. temperatures this morning with nothing showing up on storm team 4 radar in the 60s and 70s. future weather he, by 3:00 in the afternoon, we're likely to see thunderstorms bubbling up from about leesburg to frederick. i think if we're going thunderstorms in and around the

eun? >> thank you. it's 4:33. we are learning new details in a deadly discovery inside a spotsylvania county home. >> reporter: three people were found debt inside a home on arlene acres drive yesterday g. mornin according to wtop, an infant and a toddler werelso found in the home. they were unharmed and taken to the hospital for observation. the dead were 39, 34, and 14-year-olds. their names have not been released. thepotsylvania county schif's office is class -- sheriff's effice is classifying theaths as suspicious. this morning calls to move forward with impeaching president trump are growing louder. this comes after special counsel robert mueller made a surprise statement yesterday. mueller said he does not have confidence president trumdid not commit a crime. house speaker nancy pelosi says congress will continue legisl e legislating and investigating before going down the path of peachment. >> everybody wants justice. everybody wants the president to

it is the first time either chamber of congress has endorseo statehfor the district. we'll be streaming the bcnference when it gets underway in the n washington app. and take a look at this. the pavement is turning red in downtown washington. and it's all in name of a ut better comm starting monday, buses will be getting their first real bus-only lanes in the city, it will be along h and i streets in the white house. we've seen it before. the lanes will be enforced during rush hour only, and off peak you will be able to use them to park. you can also ride a bike or make right turn at the end of the block. this is a pilot program which will last three septembers. city leade hope it will ease ngestion and ma for a smoother commute. >> here's the thg, i drove down i street yesterday, no labeling to say what the lanes are, that you can or can't drive in them, park in them, no signage -- >> maybe they were ihe t process of fixing it up.

most often when we ask teachers why they're leaving. for now, scott macfarlane, news4 i-team. good news for s parents paying for college in virginia. every public college is freezing tuition for in-state students for the next school year. this is the first time every school has done this in 20 years. six schools are also freezing out-of-state costs. lawmakers included nearly $60 milln in this year's state budget for colleges that agreed to freeze their tuitions. every school took them up on the offer. pretty cool. >> yeah.ne >> good ws for some families. we are now in the midst of graduation season. and one high school in prince george's county offered a e surprisor its outgoing seniors. >> more than 150 seniors at coughlin high school made the transition at upper marlboro yesterday. they were greeted by r&b singer durell babs, known by many as tank. he has deep roots in our area. first moving to prince george's county as a child and also being a crossland adumb himself.
