morning that one of the levees to our east has now breached and so the fear is that more neighborhoods are soon going to look like this. this morning two weeks of severe weather leading to new flooding fears. on the illinois border in west quincy, missouri, a mandatory evacuation order issued overnight. warning major floodin is immint after a levee failed. officials in darden, arkansas, warned it could breach at any moment. parts of the arkansas river at record levers. you can see how much water is flowing down. we have to turn around. the water is pulling us in because of the vumeight now. the wicked weather stem that caused the historic floods a spawned deadly tornadoes is now moving east. maryland getting hammered by rain and high winds. this possible twisting touching
