and around the area. a lightnin strike from that same weather system h one person and injured four others in prince william county.io the natnal weather service says the incident happened at a picnic pavillion at the state park south ofla woodbridge st night. the person struck has serious injuries. the oers were hurt by debris. the victims were taking shelter from the storm when that lightning hit. > arrests after someone sapphired shots at a -- someone fired shots at a tow truck in langley park at jasmine terrace and riggs road. the driver was trying to tow a car when it happened. no one was injured. police in howard county are on the hunt for a murder suspect. rain dellinger shot and killed jacob mower in ellicott city on saturday night. investigators sayellinger shot the victim while he was sitting in his car on montgomery road. they're still trying to figure out what led to the shooting but say drugs were involved.

it's now4:33. a look at the other top stories -- the man police say carried out friday's mass shooting at a virginia beach government office quits his job just hours before the shooting. 40-year-old dewayne craddock e-mailed a resignation letter that morning. later that day, he shot and killed 12 people during as oting rampage that lasted 36 minutes. he was eventually shot and killed by police. u coming we'll have more on the victims and how the shooting has reignited the gun-control debate. a local family isng searchi for answers after their loved ones were found dead on ti vaca. prince george's county couple cynthia day and samuel holmes were found dead in their hotel room in the dominican republic thursday. megan mcgrath will have a live up.te comi president trump and the first lady have landed in the u.k. under heavy security. this is both a ceremonial and official visit for the president. it's also excted to be a controversial one.

principal hasig resed after being arrested for public intoxication while on a school field trip in d.c. w he arrested thursday at archibald gentlemen's club in a northwestfter police received a report of a drunk man who didn't want to pay his bill. the incident happened while students on that trip were in their hotel rooms for the night with other chaperones. happening today, two people were arrested in connection to a missing mother from connecticut will be in court today. 50-year-old jennifer dulas has not been seen since may 24th. her estranged husband and his girlfriend were arrested saturday night. they'reharged with tampering with evidence and hindering the prosecupeon. both suss are being held on a $500,000 bond. alday, the man who pleaded guilty toh trowing a 5-year-old boy over a third-floorlcony at the mall of america in minnesota will be sentenced. the -y24r-old pleaded guilty to one count of attempted
