in ourvi region. inia leaders broke ground on a project they hope will ease some gridlock the worst in the n entire ry the 95 expressway fredericksburg extsion. the governor joined others. it extends the 95 expressway 10 miles south to connect with future 395 express lanes. news4 and tlemundo 44 are in the dominican republic right now, trying to learn more about the deaths of a maryland couple and another woman from pennsylvania just days apart. this is new video of the bahian pre resort, where nathaniel holmes ndnthia day died of a mysterious illness and a pennsylvania woman died days earlier at a different hotel but same resort complex. the resort is stressing there is no indication the two cases have anythi to do with each other.
