there in ninminutes. ed talking about ro 1, bw parkway, northbound, southbound, looking quite good. aaron? >> tha k you. 4:32. new this morning, more parents are accused of lyinger about wh they live so their kids can go to school for free in the tr dist. according to attorney general carlracine, six maryland parents owe a total of $320,000 in unpaid tuition, damages, and fines. those parents now face lawsuits that claim they allegedly lied about thei residencen so that they could avoid nonresidents tuition. this is not the first time parents have been accused of cheating the system. last year suits were filed gainst six maryland parents accused of faking their residency to send their kids to prestigious d.c. schools. we have a warning about fake money that's floating around st. mary's count there are several cases where money used in movies is being used to buy items for sale on

the bullis school in potomac, maryland, is accused of violence. pat cilento is charged with assaulting his wife during an argument. she said he shoved her down concrete stairs during the argument on sunday. she allegedly suffered scrapes, soreness, and a bruised knee. he's been place on leave from the school. >> it could be a month before the toxicology reports on a at a nd couple found dead dominican republic resort are available. officials said nathaniel holmes and cynthia day died of respiratory failure in their hotel room last month. but they want to know if the company took any medication. respiratory failure was also the cause of death listed for a nnsylvania woman staying at the same resort. officials say the cases are be connected. we talked to medical correspondent dr. john torres to get clarity on what the of death mean and what investigators arelo oking for. >> reporter: the autopsy showed that the individual woman died

from a hea attack which is consistent with the symptoms she had at the time of her death. it also showed us that the couple when they died, it resulted from pulmonary edema, meaning a build-up of fluid inside the lungs.he tfound campaign medications in their room. now that pain medication, the combination, could cause these type of symptoms. so could other things, other types of poisons. this is mostly what we had call h toxicology case wh we think some type of poison, some kind of ingestion caused their symptoms and ultimay the death. we'll have to wait for the full report including the toxicology result to find out what happened to that. >> dr. torres says based on the report, officials have not ruled out the possibility of foul play in the couple's death. alberta piniate is the only local in the dominican uncovering the story.tion on stay with us and telemundo 44 and our nbc washington app for continuing coverage. 4:35. the measles epidemic worsens as another diagnosis hits ourarea.

this morning, a warning in northern virginia. a child contracted the virus in another country and then arriver in our region and visited several public places. last sunday the child was in terminal a and the baggage claim area at dulles airport from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. later that night, health officials say the child went to the emergency room at haymarket medical center and left early the next morning. then on tuesday, the child was in the waiting area and e.r. atr inova fa oaks hospital in fairfax from 3:00 to 5:30. measles is highly contagious and spreads through the air. in this case, symptoms for anyone exposed could develop as late as ju 25th. look for things like a high fever, cough, runny nose, or a rash on the face and body. measles is easily preventable, as well, with the mmr vaccine. it is safe and effective, but if you're not vaccinated, you c ld be atrisk. today state police and highway patrol agencies are up stepping their patrols. this weekend nine states including maryland, virginia,
