this is not onlywater spilling but debris that came along with it. strong enough to cause heavy dodge a series of town homes here. we understand residents of three of those town homes had to be evacuate wanted. chopper 4 was on the scene, too, above all of this and looking down on the further damage caused here at the parking lot. as you can see, a lge hole opened up. it's filled with water. you had residents, neighbors out here watching all of this happe as fire crews had to come on outer and adopt dao some work. wssc was there, too, and was able to stop the flow and restore rvice. as we come out live, you see no cars parked here. those who live in these homes had to be put up by t red cross. the crime tape here is still up. and though things here are largely back to normal, we have that big hole here paved over. it's going to be some time before the residents can comean
