chick-fil-a there. >> julie carey joins us live from the mall with details of this. jules. >> reporter: hey, wendy and jim. the troubling allegations are laid out in this search warrant document. this says it all started when that store manager allegedly asked one of his employees, a female juvenile, to sendn his e photos of herself. worried that she'd lose her job, she eventually complied and then things got even worse. he was the manager at the far oaks mall, chick-fil-a. he's under arrest now facing charges of solicitation and taking indecntiberties with a minor.o these court dcuments reveal the trouble started when he began texting a teen employee repeatedly asking her for nude photos. she resisted, but eventually sent a waste up shot. next he started texting her asking her to meet him for sex. she turned him down, but kept quiet about the osolicitati >> it was difficult for her to come forward, because she's

scared of losing her job. >> but then it got worse. one day he allegedly took therl gi into a hallway behind the chick-fil-a restaurant and sexually assaulted her. she contacted police. >> she's managing a number of uvenile, so it's important f her to be brave enough to come forward, so we appreciate it. we could have other viims. we don't have any indication there's other victims, but that's the first thing we look into. >> reporter: police gathered t evidence int mall hallway where the assault allegedly took place and soon after they made an arrest.ey thare urging other juveniles to come forward anytime someone solicits them in text, online, or in person for nude photos or for sex. >> just requesting, sendingde pictures is a crime or requesting to have sexual contact with a juvenile is a crime. >> that last point really important for both juveniles and rents to understand. simply asking, soliciting someone who's underage is a

crime in and of itself. n, i putn a call to the attorney for the defendant in this case and sent an email. i haven't yet heard back from them. back to you in the studik >> thanyou, jules. now to a tragic case here in the district. a man and woman dead in what police believe to be a case of murder/suicide. this all unfolded as police went to a home in upper northwest. police say this pair have a couple of youn thcy we in g schoolta when this happened. they weren't at home. polire got he about 9:30 this morning. they had to force their way in. when they got here, the husband was still alive. neighbors consoled one another outside t home as news of the tragedy spread. >> it's heartbreaking to hear something so close tohome. >> reporter: police were called

to the home to check on the f welfare o one of the people living in the house in t middle of the block. >> they actually had to force entry. >> reporter: police chief peter newsham said once officer his forced their way into the home, they found the husband holding a gun. poldid try to talk to him. >> there was some limited communication and then unfortunately he took his life. >> reporter: after the altercation with the husband, police searched the home and t they found wife's body. >> this appears to be a domestic murder/suicide. >> reporter: newsham says the couple did have two young children who w ae at nearby elementary school when the shootings took place. >> there are children, so we will make accommodations for the kids to make sure that they're safe. >> reporter: we're told by neighbors and fends of the family that relatives are coming in from out of town to care for those young children. wendy, back to you. >> bless their hearts. what a horrible thing for them to hve to contend with. thank you, mark. let's head outside. dry skies over the district

>> tracee wilkins is live with some more details on this. what have they found, tracee? >> reporter: well, this is as sfar as we' allowed to get to th school.ed blockoff there. police are not allowed to village drive which lead you to where the elementary school is. what we're hearing from prince george's county police is that ty got a call for a possible active shooter. they approached the scene here and as you can see have shut down parts of route 301. they are now searching for the man who they believe was described as an active shooter. you can see special hear the police all around me. at this pcounty police are sayi they don't have any evidence of anyone being shot or injured. they do not have a weapon in hand, but they are looking for this person who entered the school and our understanding is ey believe this person may have taken off his clothes and poissibly has changed clothes. we don't know for sure.

deliver toe a whole new level. starting this fall, customers can get store to fridge service. our consume reporter susan hogan is working for you with details on how this will work. >> tac about servi right? not only will walmart customers be able to order groceries online, they'll get them delivered right to their fridge. so here's how this new in-home delivery service will actually work. walmart will install a mart lock on thef outside your home or e garage at scheduled delivery time, the walmart employee who is delivering the be wearing a camera that you can actually watch remotely. the employee will then enter a one-time code on the lock to access your home. walmart says the employees will be put through extensive training before they're going to be alwed to do this in-home delivery service. later this year the retailer says it expects to begin accepting returns this way, so you simply leave an item on your counter you don't want.
