just the last twos. month >> leon harris joins us from the newsroom now with that story. leon? >> reporter: jim and doreen, this bad pr for the dr all started with the death of a prince georges county couple. nathaniel and cynthia day. they died of respiratory failure two weeks ago. now their bodies were supposed to return home to maryland over the weekend and we've reached out to their lawyey'for miss das family but not able to confirm if that transfer has actually happened. it's going to take more than a month for toxicology results to come back fromhe dr. meanwhile, the famil says they want their own autopsy done here at home. the state department confirms two other americans have died at dominican hotels since april and while there's nothing yet to connect the four deaths, the suspicion is leadingop some pe to cancel their plans to the island. travel there is a big business for that island.5

news4arcy spencer is live for us in arlington to explain the pushback tonight. darcy? >> reporter: we've heard a lot about the positive possibilities of this amazon prospect from job creation to economic b opportunities this coalition is concerned about the less fortunate l income peel, possibly being forced out of their co it was a small but passionate crowd at the clairidon press bretarian church. they wonder how it will impact their community. she's worried that apartment rentals skyrocket forcing her and her family out. >> it's way too high and only going to get worse. genuine fear as to how we're going to afforde housing in th communities we grew up with.>> the for us, not amazon coalition since arlington county

member was racially profiled by a maryland state pole trooper. said unty council member the trooper pulled him over saturday morning on new hampshire avenue. e trooper said jawando crossed the stop line on the red light but said the first question the trooper asked him was if he owned the car. the trooper gave jawando a warning. the council members trying to improve relations between police and communities of color in montgomery county. he had alreadyamped up efforts after an officer was seen on video using the "n" word. >> this is a pretextual stop. looking for other violations, drugs, money, something. and he thought i looked out of place. ic>> maryland state pole say this was not a pretextual stop. the trooper said he did not know the ce or the gender of the driver before spping the vehicle and asking him if it was his car is a standard line of ng questioniuring a traffic

stop. in a statement to news4, the agency said this. quote, the maryland state police strictly forbids biassed-based policing in all aspects of its law enforcement activities. virginia voters cast ballots in the primary election. they open from 6:00 in the morning until 7:00 at night. if you're casting a ballot, don't forget to bring a photo id. you'll be able to choose whether to voteand either the democratic or republican primary regardless of your party affiliation. all seats in t virginia house and senate will be on the november ballot. publicans have a narrow majority in both chambers. also tomorrow, catholic church leaders around the cetntry will come togher in our area. sex abuse scandals will be top of mind asthe u.s. conference of caolic bishops meet up the road in baltimore. the bishops are under pressure to pass reforms. dozens of arch diocese in ton are under investigation for the handling

olice tell us he pulled out a bb gun during the dispute. the ripple effect prompted or mistaken rep of shots fired. and then people in the crowd got hurt when they tried to run away. according to court documents, he lives in virginia beach but in the country illegally and appears to be subject to removal proceedings. explosive testimony i court today from the woman who says the former university of maryland basketball play eer rad her. the woman took to the stand in the trial of demon dodd. his accuser said she never met him until the night at the college parked bar and admitted on the stand to being drunk before arrivg and to snorting cocaine before spotting dodd at the bar. her attorney argues she waso intoxicated to consent to having sex with dodd at an apartment. dodd's attorney was unavailable to comment today but in a previous interview said the se was consensual.

washingern and ov towards the area and middleburg, you'll see this rain. some heavier downpours coming through over the next 15 or 20 0inutes in the dc metro area by midnight or 12 or 12:30. this is part of the system and you can see the rotation with this moving through. severe weather in the southern portions of virginia but we won't see that. a rumble of thunder or too buta ths it. after this, the raining moving in. the light rain at the airport. temperature is 73 degrees. winds out of he northwest at 5 miles per hour and the wind will be a big factor tomorrow. we'll be rather breezy. 20 or 25-mile-per-hour winds . tomorrow a little cool, back to the north and west early tomorrow but right now though, 64egrees in leesburg with that rain. 67 in ggaithersburg. the storm, wide view with the better picture. this cold front back here. completely clears it out. what does it mean for your tuesday? .t means plenty of sunshine during the day temperature-wise, behind this cold front, we've stayed on the cool side. look at the numbernumbers. only in the 70s. 74 degrees in indianapolis.
