scott macfarlane broke this today. he joins us now with more from ee live d. scott, what are you learning? >> good evening. we know the man's name is jeremy stmavenson. forly he's charged with dealing ugs, but late today the feds told a judge more whil askin be held in custody. the prosecutor said stevenson showed videos of isis on his cell phone in a crowded d.c. bar. th say he's made death threats and searched for phrases like how to join isis and isis police head cut off. the photos you're seeing were issued in court today showing drugs, phones and images of stevenson allegedly ming hand signals connected to isis. there are other crimes alleged in the court filings. the feds say stevenson called 911 and threatened to shoot police at the d.c. police seventh district. heads also accused and charged with dealing drugs and he's accused of cheating the fare on a metro bus at the oncostia station. that's what brought him face to face with law enforcepont. no rese from his attorney, but late today they ordered him

he survived a couple days. he was pronounced last night. >> for him to go like that, you know, he had too much love for tho many people for him to go like . >> reporter: last august tony's cousin was shot and killed in d.c. he, too, was a rapper. so far, nomotive inhis double murder case. jim, back to you. >> pat collins. thank you,at. the bodies of a prince george's county c this evening. news 4 was first to report the deaths of nathaniel holmes and cynthia day in the dominican republic last month. their bodies found inside a hot room at the bahia prince resort. preliminary autopsy resorts say the couple died of generalized organto failure.

you may recall it being in the news a few weeks ago. susan hogan has been workng the story. she has the latest on these developments. >> this is the lawsuit that was filed just a few days ago. inside thisheartbreaking details of a little boy who died while sleeping right next to his father. the lawsuit says 5 month old ezra overton fell asleep in a rock and play simar tohis one. his father says when he woke up, ezra appeared to have pushed himself into a standing position and then his face was pressed against the fabric. unable to breathe, ezra died of su location. theawsuit claims fisher price knew about these dangers of their product and knew about the deaths and injuries which had occurred, but continued to sell millions of rock and plays insisting they were safe. in april fisher price announced it was recalling more than 4 million models of rock and play sleepers. since the product was introduced

an african-american cemetery in the heart of one of the most affluent neighborhoods in our region has become nearly forgotten, overgrown, run down over the years. but when some local high school

students learned about conditions at the cemetery, they decided to do somethingbout it. news 4's mark segraves has the story you're on going to see on news 4 about the mt. zion sem te terry in georgetown. >> reporter: it's the final resting place for between 8 to 10,000 people, mostly african-americans who lived in worked in d.c. from 1808 to 1950. the mt. zion cemetery looks more like a graveyard for tombstones than an actual cemetery. lisa baker is working to turn it into a memorial park so those ried here will not be forgotten. >> congressional members and e they built th buildings. it feel sos sad that we have not been able to say their names or remember them. >> alicia butler, a history
