commute. >> we have an idea of where the first toll planes will be built in the massive transpo ation project -- toll lanes will be built in the massive transportation project. justin finch is live on i-270 with more on the story. justin? >> reporter: going nobody on 270. everyone knows what a problem this stretch can be when the trafic begins to really b up. we now know the cost to fix this problm to roll out the toll lanes should cost between $9 billion and $11 billion with ths of the toll lanes here. now we know where the governor wants to put them. per the post and our news partners at wtop, the governor is talking about building toll lanes on southbound 270 beten the beltway and i-370 first and then using the money from those tolls and a private partner fee to bring tolls to north of 037 this is not what some on montgomery county council were hoping for. they were hoping the governor
