this wouldn't be his first run in with guns. she was shot and killed yesterday after a smash and grab rglary here at united gun shop in rockville. news4 has learned weems also brought a loaded hd gun to annapolis high school in 2017. he was charged with possession of a hand wo years later, early thursday montgomery county police say officers opened fire outside the gun shop when weems and four other suspects allegedly drove a stolen suv towards him. the suv sped off and then broke down nearby. four suspects got out and ran away. weems was found dead inside the a friend in his neighborhood is saddened. >> it was just tragicbecause i apst seen him that late night before the stuffned. >> reporter: tonight police say
