rockville. police arrested two people in connection with a smash and grab. one was 17-year-old marquis weems. he also brought a loaded handgun to annapolis high school in 2017. thursday morning he along with four other suspects drove a stolen suv toward him crashing ino a police cruiser. the officer then fired his gun during the encounwhr. e the suspects were trying to get away their car broke down. weems was found dead inside. police are still searching for a ifth person connected to th case. they say the suspects are responsible foran her gunshot burglary in howard county. >> nine suspects have been indicted in connection with the shooting of david ortiz. authorities say they'll remain in jail while it continues. ortiz was shot on sunday night. er's been carried for now at
