deadlyci nt. maryland police say they believe a man jumped from the cherry hill road bridge and landed on top of that truck and died. this happened just before the beltway in college park. we're working toearn more information about an accident on wisconsin avenue in northwest. at least two people were inside, a white suv that crashed into ar . and a speed camera poll early this morning. the suv hit the side ofhis cvs and ended up in a parking lot. no one was inside the suv when they arrived at the ene, but say it was stolen in montgome ounty earlier this morning. sibris from the crash was strewn across wisc avenue during some of the morning commute. developing this o morning, three teens have ben charged with height crimes for allegedly attacking a gay couple. the men were walking between bars in the u street corridor early sunday. they were on u street near

the mayor wants the team to return to d.c. the d.c. council wants to block the organization from buying the team. the council will also vote on emergency legislation to protect city workers from being fired for legally using medical marijuana. we're learning more details surrounding jack evans. eanics investigation, found evidence of multiple violations by evans, he's occuses conflicts of interest and attempts to use public office for his own financial gain. he sent a letter to the governors of vginia and maryland outlining the violations, the board stated that evansecision to not seek another term as board chairman was due to the findings. the governors of maryland and virginia have asked for the le public ree of the results of its ethics investigation.

where i was. i didn't see storms, just heavy dohepours. all t storms were concentrated by the d.c. area. the reason also we were a little unstable yesterday because we had all that sunshine yesterday. right now, i know we have clouds, peeks of sun tryg to roll out. more clds and sunshineut there today. itha just zy. we also are a little on the wet side. especially if you're in the shenandoah valley. we're seeing a few light showers out there right now, for my friends in the winchester are going up through blue mont hamilton. all of this area getting light shower activity. that's what they're seeing, just light stuff, no storms out there, we have a frontal syst stalled just to the north through pennsylvania. and that frontal system sticking with us, and so we get these little waves that ride along it, that's what creates some ofrahis we're seeing, it's not range the whole time, at least we're having bouts of rain, and we will a the way until thursday, before this pushes out
