montgomery county apartment and the neighbor says this is not the first time that police have responded to that home. news4's chris gordon spoke with the people who knew that victim and he's live in kensington to tell us what we're learning about this case. chris? >>l wendy, a call from a resident inside this house, alerted police to the fatalin shoot here just before 10:00 p.m. last night. the police report says the rd caller hea arguing, and then a gman screaming, followed closely by severalunshots. montgomery county police rushed to the scene when they got an emergency call. reporting a shooting here at shaftsberry street in kensingtor mand. investigators arrested 48-year-oldan alejo perez leon. police say he shot 33-year-old silvia elenia fernandez, who he lived withth in e basement apartment of this house. spoke with woman who
