some improvements here. i'll let youknow about that in a moment. wego to a developing story in southern prince georges county. a man dead in what appears to be a tragic accident on a property. e hopper 4 is live over thene right now. wis is about two miles down a private drive in a very rural part of the county there. we're told a group of men have een clearing larger trees there, and at some point a man's chainsaw became wedged. another man nudged the tree free. another tree uprooted and wound up falling on the man with the chainsaw. we'll continue to bring yge updates asthem. virginia state police say a driver is dead after a fiery overnight crashn the beltway.

we first broughts this to you a breaking news friday. he was driving aon tractor-trair he outer loop when that truck suddenly struck a cement barrier, which ended u bursting its fuel tank. thd cause it to become mgulfed in flaes and ended up shutting down the outer loop for hours. the driver died at thend scene a has not yet been identified. traffic is slowly moving as this crash remains under investigat n. thisrning, a former teacher in fairfax county is accused of secretly filming students. the former drama teacher at herndon high school, police are working to identify his victimsn justinch is at the school with the latest. >> well, so far fairfax county police have been ableto identify 10 victims. there are dozens upon dozens more they have not yet been able to reach. these are students, mostly girls caht in various states of

and we are learning a member of a drug cartel is suspected of orchestrating the whole thing. morgan chesky is in santo toe mingo with more on this case. >> dominican authorities believe a bullet that nearly killed david ortiz, was meant for someone else. th baseball superstar apparently mistaken for the intended target. the accused gunman confused their clothing. this security video captures the moment ortiz was shot in the back, inside a popul santo domingo restaurant. the shooter was told his target as irwith aing white pants, causing him to accidentally shoot ortiz. that target a friend of the former slugger. a dozen people, 11 of them now in custody. police say three are still on the loose, including two of the
