roll school maurice scott was fatally shot at this shopping center onel whe road inest. >> reporter: washington. this surveillance video shows a car pulling up anm gu firing. scott was a student at a d.c. charter school just two blocks away. three females victim were wounded in that shooting, including a child. now d.c.'s attorney general is suing asking a court to compel the owners and managers of the property to stop neglecting safety and start obeying orders he gave back in april, to improve security, repair broken security lights and anc commissioner of ward 8 strongly supports the objectives of the lawsuit. > they have had so much crime in that area, homicide, and it seems like the ownhas of t property are enage some of the ldividuals that linger on their property, thatrt on their property.

amelia? >> i think we'll continue to see some areas of rain moving through parts of the region until about 9:00, 10:00 tonight. here's the latest on storm team 4 radar. i'm tracking heavy rain into parts of prince george's and arundel county and south of the bowie area and moving towards annapolis right now. not pick pentagon up on any lightning as we head to storm team 4 radar right now. again, pockets of heavier rain d this is all pushing off to the east. we look norther back to the west and northern virginia, heavy rain is moving into warrenton and showers into the city of manassas. here's what i'm noticing on storm team 4 radar, ther's -- this has been so common this week. where i've circled this here, i'm seeing e possibility of kind of a line of storms setting up, and we call this training, where we'll start to see rain moving over similar harrah's over the next few hours so we're

noticing this. it happened monday, happened tuesday and look at what futur weather is suggesting. very similar here at 6:00 p.m. notice the rain is favoring parts of the district. along and south of 50 and back into parts of prince william county and showers ouwn a char0ttesville. 7:0 p.m. seeing rain in that similar area right around 66 and into the district and along 50. annapolis potentially dealing with rain.r farthe the north and keeping it try, mainly dry. once we hit around 9:00 p.m., future weather may be bringing in more rain and this do c tainly have animpact on the nats game and we'll continue to monitor it. any rain could pack a punch. the cold front thwa i talking about yesterday is still too far back to the west to really act as a big trigger to se off widespread thunderstorms. tomorrow soak it up. it is going to be nice. a mix of clouds and sun.

we got an urgent warning tonight about the dangers of the e-cigadettes. the ce exploded in a teenager's mouth shattering his jaw. >> news 4's dore eveen againste joins us with more. >> reporter: everyone who a uses vaping device, take a look at this, an image of the teenager's c.tscan. an electronic cigarette blew up in the young man's mouth and knocked out several of his teeth and shattered his jaw and left at hole in his gum. happened in march of last year and the doctors who treated the 17-year-old from nebraska published an article in the "new england journal of medicine" to wa people about what had happened here. viral videos like these have captured the very real danger of e-cigarettes that have exploded or malfunctioned. at least two people in the u.s. have died from this. a texas man was killed in january when his e-cigarette
