by a bullet while she was lying in bed. news4 megan mcgrath joins us live from police headquarters with the latest on this. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. this began with a shooting outside of an apartment complex in northeast washington. one of the bullets that was fired went into a nearby apartment and struck a woman. a taook at the video here. this happened at about 11:30 last nigt. the woman was bid when that bullet came through the window and grazed her in thehe d. now this happened atn a apartment complex at chaplain park apartments outside of 44th and benning road in northeast. police could be seen processing evidence last night pregnant down a number of evidence marke in the street outside of the building. while it was a close call, the woman is going to be okay and she is expected to make a full recovery. she was graed in the head. a close call here and scarn situatr her. as for the shooting that
