complex take a look at the video here. this all happened around 11:30 last night. the woman was in bed when a stray bullet came through the window of her apartment and azer now, the apartment complex is a chaplain park apartments and locate at 44th and benning road in northeast. police could be seen last night processing evidence. they put down a number of evidence markers on the street outside of the apartment building. while it was a close call, the woman is expe.ed to be okay it was a grazed wound. she is expected to make a full recovery. as for the shooting which produced the stray bullet that went into her apartment, not a lot of information is known at this point. we can tell you that no arrests been made. no lookout for suspects but certainly police are looking for information and wnt to find the people responsible. back to you. >> megan mcgrath, thank you. morei breakng news out of

development of a navy s.e.a.l. accused of killing an iraqi prisoner. >> a witness took the stand and said he did it, not the mann trial. gallagher has been on trial for the death of a t state fighter who was wounded in an air strike. yesterday, prosecutors called anothernavy s.e.a.l. to the stand and that witness told the court while gallagher did stab the prisoner, he was the on responsible for the boy's death after blocking his air tube. he called it a mercy killing. the witness said he believe the boy would eventually be tortured by iraqi forces. that witness had already been given immunity from precution by the prosecutors. angry residents packed a full city council meeting demanding action after 72 police officers were pulled from the street accused of making racist and hateful and offensive posts on social media. last night at the meeting people demanded dozens of officers be fired. the post were madeublic by an
