virginia is going to spend at least the next six years in prison. todds hick was found guilty of several fraudulent schemes and cheating investors out of millions of dollars. officis say he used that money on things like personal vacations and tickets to games. yesterday at his sentencing he apologized. hit's family found hit contracting a major construction firm in northern virginia. fallout ters morning aft the va is considering closing its medical clinic in southeast d.c. the facility serves about 2,000 vets a year. the agency says the are fewer patients and new difficulties finding employees. a decision is expected by next month but d.c. delegate told the house panel the clinic should stay open and she says the facility is losing patients because services have been cut. >> this facility is, from your point of view,er undused. it's open only about three days a week.
