he near hunter's wood plaza. sarah is live from the scene with what we know. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. ll, we aren a wooded area behind hunters woods plaza. take a look. this is a popular trail. tsit actually star here and leads all the way, comes out on bretton woods court, goes behind a community nter, a baseball field and residences on the other end. a quarter mile down the trail is a crimecene and it has been since about 1:45 this morning. police say they got more than one call f rom aort of fireworks or gunshots in the area, and after they got down here and did some investigation they probably had determined it's more than likely gunshots. now, police say they have found a male down this trail who is dead. they have not released any information yet, but we heara whthey know from the supervisor of detectives. take a look. >> as patrol units got on scene they startedwa ing the trails.

overnight. this all happened near the hunters wood plaza not nar from the dulles toll road there. police responded to a reportsf gunfire and a dead body found in that area. investigators are still on the scene this morning. news4's derrick ward is at the scene as well. we will hear more from him in just a few minutes here. one person is dead in prince georee's county after they we hit near a car near indian head highway overnight. here is the scene. take a look. police tell us the accident happened on a service road near the intersecnon of india head highway and east swan creek road. the call came in shortly after midnight and the man w rushed to the hospital where he died. the driver stayed at the scene and spoke with police. but right now no wo on any possible charges. well, right now the search . on for a killer in prince william county >> yeah, two bodies were found steps away from a walking path yesteay morning on atherstone drive in woodbridge. police are calling it a

hey, maryland just got the green light to start issuing digital driver's licenses. news4 is giving you a sneak peek. >> susan hogan shows us how going digital could play a big role in protecting your identity. >> reporter: what's in your wallet? soon there may be nothing left. most of what we do thes days from paying for groceries to hailing a ride can be done with a swipe or tap from your s yrtphone. evenr driver's license is going digital. maryland, along with., d.cust wrapped up a pilot program to test the digital driver's licenses. >> you have all kinds of tools on your phone.o tave your driver's license on the phone is really cool. >> reporter: he is one of 500 employeesat maryland motor vehicle administration who gave the digital license a spin. for several months employees ran them through tests like age

when you wake up. and then after lunchtime cattered showers and thunderstorms. again some of those could be strong. possibly a round or two of those, depending how well that cluster of thunderstorms stays together, but i do believe by daybreak on tuesda morning we will start to dry out. but we are not going to cool down whatsoever. i mean, temperatures tomorrow will be in the upper 80s. we stay into the low 90s preach every single day this week. to have a heat wave in d.c. you have to have three consecutive days at 90 above. i think we will smash that. hot and humid all day tomorrow. then we start that trend for warmat weather with temperes in the 90s. so tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday temperatures will be in the low 90s, plus you tack on the ymidity, likel feeling like the mid-to-upper 90s out there. not a lot of rain chances, even on we have a small rain chance after we get through some of these thunderstorms on monday. then it looks like we clear out and cool down by tof beginning xt we ek ♪ limu emu & doug
