popular exercise trail and then police discovered a man's body. they found him in a wooded area near hunters woods plaza. news 4's derrick ward spoke to officers and shows us why police are calling the death suspicious. >> reporter: the footpath is a popular cut through, a popular exercise route. early sunday morning it was a crime scene. miswere called to the area at morning. e >> people reported hearing gunshots or fireworks. >> reporter: when fairfax county patrol officers responded they searched the area. the tra that runs between an apartment complex on bretton court and the rearof the hunters woods plaza. >> walking the trails they found a male who seemed to be injured. >> reporter: fire's rescue responded and pronounced the vsetim decead. from in the investigation began. collecting evidence, canvassing the surrounding neighborhood. the investigation lasted late into the morning. a lot of people had to adjust the exercise routes. residents who live in the area say it's mostly quiet.hi w there are parts of the wooded areas where people h ten tog out, the problems there

dozens of people are looking for a new place to live this evening in oxonhill. an apartment fire forced them to escape yesterday evening. some firefighters suffered minon ries. news 4's darcy spencer has more the damage it caused and who is now caring for these victs. >> reporter: nearly 60 people were displaced as a result of this fire. those residents are now getting help from the red cross. e flames broke out around 6:30

saturday evening at the building on livingston terrace in oxonhill. e photos are provided by the prince georges county fire department. fire officials tell us the blaze was well involved when they first got here. there was a partial roof collapse. 37 adults and 22 children lost their homes. investigators are still searching for a cause. now, three firefighters were taken to the hospital for an evaluation. they are expected tobe okay. fortunately, all of the residents were able to escape the building unharmed. in oxonhill, darcy spencer, news 4. as an out of control hot air balloon tries to land. find out what was going on right brfore this happened. a celeion of pride in montgomery county. and this was an event the whole family couldnjoy.
