for now the diversion isn't creating much of a delay yet. so still in good shape. keep in mind if you're on the outer loop you cannot exit to go south on the baltimore-washington parkway. that blocked this part of the investigation. if you're on the inner loop you can continue down toward the district. elsewhere on the beltway in maryland they were working ont outer loop between kennelworth avenue and route 1 college park and that work has been picked up and clear so good news for folks heading that way but not good news in alexandria. late work in this area. you're down to a single left lane through the work zone. very heavy and slow headed south toward the interchange so give yourself extra time. >> rich, thank you. thir-morning, a 13-yeaold is flying on oud nine. yesterday, he received a special honor. >> he became a pilot f the day
