tuss joins us live from the airport where we're still learning new details about all of this. adam what, times are we talking about? >> that's right, jim. can i say this is tote hi a untraditional fourth of july. i think a lot of people would agree with that and now we're learning between 6:15 and 7:45 at night on the fourth and between 9:00 p.m. and 9:45 no flights in or out of reagan national here, and it's because the flights that come in here are so close to everything that's going to be going on on the national mall and with the changes this yr flights just can't be that close. the flyovers and the fireworks shutting down the flights at ti reagan naal airport between 6 sack and 7:45 p.m. and between 9:00 and 9:45 p.m. on the fourth of july there, will be no flight operations at dca at all because of events on the mall, the faa making that announcement on social media today.

24-year-old darnell bassett hit and killed burks. he was trying to lose police in ase. according to the u.s. attorney, bassett has been charged now with a felony for an incident oj e 26th, the same day as that crash. now prosecutors have not said if that charge is for burks' death. bassett has ben in the hospital in police custody since the crash. the american civil liberties university is calling for an investigation into its use of force training. thegroup condems a encounter with a bystander, a bistander who was trying to defend a teenager who was detained by metro police. we reached out to metro for a response to the aclu's call but have not hea back from them. >> a world cup showdown between the u.s. and england f.only
