of atv riders are being followed by prince george's county police in southeast d.c. along southern avenue. it happened on saturday. police say the riders were first spotted in maryland and crossed into d.c. on the cell video you see police trying to wrangle the riders.d atv anrt bikes are illegal on public roadways. one cruiser then turns ithe middle of the street with no lights. he begins a pursuit crashing into a chain link fence of a business narrowly missing one parked car and a moving feek. all of the atv drivers got away. to n then coming our police department with something we would not expect them to do. >> reporter: a ward seven neighborhood borders prince george's county and says maryland police chases over the border are farom too nplace. >> it's been a major concern with my neighbors because we've had a lot of cars been damaged, a lot of front yard fences been destroyed, and there's been

so when was the last timeaw we s this kind of military might in our nation's l?capita >> a bit of military history for us. >> learned a little bit this afternoon. a large display of americanta mili might is not common but it's not unprecedented. the most recent parade featuring military prsonnel actually didn't happen all that long ago. check it out. in 1991 more than 8,000 troops marched down constitution avenue to celebrate the end of the persian gulf war. more than 200,000 people came out to watch that. now the military has also taken part in inaugural parades before. in 1961 jfk's inaugural, included dozens of missiles as wl as soldiers and sailors on navy boats that were towed along pennsylvaniaav ue. dwight eisenhower's inaugural included a parade with 20,000 service members and get this a cannon capable of firing a nuclear warhead there were also several military parades during
