hired her own attorney and did not appear for an arraignment yesterday.pattie tight stick with us this morning as we continue to follow this case... keepers is due back in court very soon. those details in the next half hour of gmv. 3 mona tight a man charged with plotting to shoot up or bomb synagogues and black churches is scheduled to plead guilty, in richmond. court records show robert doyle signed a plea agreement. doyle faces robbery, conspiracy and firearms charges. a co-defendant.. charles halderman.. pled guilty to conspiracy last month. ronald chaney.. the 3rd, faces the same charges as doyle. fbi officials said in a court affidavid.. doyle and chaney are white supremacists who bought guns and explosvies from undercover agents. the affidavit says.. those two and halderman.. planned to rob a silver and coin dealer.. and use the money to finance..a race war. 3 3 3 pattie tight a suspect is in custody after police say he was involved in a bank robbery in roanoke. they say it happened around 3:40 yesterday afternoon, at the b-b and t on church avenue south east

suspect was caught less than an hour later on henry street north west. charges are pending. no one was hurt. 3 mona tight danville regional medical center's c-e-o is reaching out to the community following the shooting earlier this week of a doctor. alan larson sent a letter out yesterday asking people to come out for a neighborhood walk and prayer vigil --which will be held tomorrow at 6 p.m. in front of the medical center. this comes as a private donor increased the reward for information related to this case. the reward is now 20-thousand dollars. police say someone shot dr. randolph neal while he was walking home from work monday... then shot neal's neighbor.. after he came out to see what was going on. at last check -- neal was in stable condition at wake forest baptist medical center. his neighbor was released from the hospital. 3 3 3 we're waking up to patches of fog this morning, so please be careful on your commute to work and school. the fog will move out later in the morning and we'll see a mix of sun and clouds for thursday. it'll be a bit cooler today with breezy northwest winds as highs stay in the 50s. colder air arrives

for march 16th. the state is currently searching for the needed drugs. even if the bill passes, it wouldn't go into effect in time for the scheduled execution. supporters of the electric chair bill say.. the state must ensure an option is in place for future inmates. 3 mona tight the virginia house of delegates has approved a bill that would allow people who are under a protective order ..to carry a concealed handgun without a permit. it now heads to the gop-controlled senate. the bill would apply to people who are over the age of 21. those individuals would be able to carry a weapon for 45 days after the order was issued. supporters say the measure would ensure people who are in danger have the ability to protect themselves. ..but some democrats say they are concerned about allowing people who have no training to carry firearms. 3 pattie a mystery patron has nominated donald trump for the 2016 nobel peace price by a mystery patron. that's what c-n-n is reporting. the nobel committee counts among its recipients martin luther king, junior, the red

president, he would nuke denmark. 3 3 pattie tight this morning, we're hearing from the first patient with a confirmed case of the zika virus in the state. just a few days ago.. heather baker got a letter from the cdc saying.. she has the zika virus.after i got home from my trip, i discovered as swollen lymph node on this side of my head and so i just knew immediately that my body was fighting somethingpattie bakers says.. she contracted the virus in november while on a mission trip to guatemala. at first, she wasn't too concerned, but then she noticed other symptoms. the past few weeks have been about managing the symptoms and learning more about the virus.pattie tight a second case of the zika virus has been confirmed in a student at william and mary. 3 mona tight at last check, there are at least 50 cases in

larry is spending this week helping tourists find their way around san francisco, but sunday he'll be at levi's stadium watching the game with a very exclusive club. 3 3 mona tight in a few hours, natalie keepers, one of two virginia tech students charged in the death of 13 year old nicole lovell...will have a bond hearing. cnn is now reporting that david eisenhauer and nicole lovell had an inappropriate relationship. that's according to investigators on this case. they also report.. nicole was going to expose that relationship.. and investigators believe eisenhauer stabbed her to prevent that. eisenhauer is charged with 1st degree murder. police say.. nicole was active on social media - with multiple facebook, instagram, and kik accounts. that's where police belive she met eisenhauer. we've also learned.. court documents show keepers began planning the murder in early january. 3 pattie and today friends and family will lay nicole to

construction is already underway-for the theatre which is slated to open in 2018. the capital campaign to restore and eventually re-open the historic theatre began in 2012. so far, more than 14 million dollars has been raised-9 million of it within the last year alone. executive director-geoffrey kershner-says this challenge is just what is needed to encourage first time donors. geoffrey kershner, academy center of the arts, "if i gave 20 dollars right now-i'm a first time donor. that just turned into 140 dollars so, that's a big thing right now. and so now for people who maybe were weren't sure they wanted to give because they felt maybe it wouldn't make impact-we have such a large goal to make-now it really does make a big impact and it makes a big impact too, because we're so close to the end." mona tight if this challenge is met-just 1.8 million will be left toward thier goal. 3 3 3 pattie tight lcs has released the results of a survey they conducted last fall, on culture and climate

students, teachers and parents were asked to respond to statements regarding school climate and respect toward teachers. 91 pecent of responding parents agreed that "my child respects his/her teacher." but 33 percent of elementary students and just 20 percent of high school students agreed that "students treat teachers with respect at my school." ethel reeves, director of engagement, lcs, "so this right now for us is a telling piece we now have to figure out how to have the conversation. one of the things that came up last night in the school board meeting is really who is talking to the students and the parents even. how is it that you're telling me that your children are being respectful and the when in the school the teachers and the students are saying, 'not so much.'pattie tight now they plan to define what "respect" means within each classroom. 3 3 mona box less than a year after nearly closing,..sweet briar college has received a record-breaking number of
