to the murder of nicole lovell. our newsroom here has been busy tracking down the very latest in this case for you, and here is what we know tonight. keepers and in court in christiansburg today. her parents there were too, holding hands as they listens to the details of this case. annie andersen was also in that court room and annie, we have new disturbing details about this murder. >> reporter: danner, the information presented by commonwealth attorney mary pettitte had so many of the details that police have been tight lipped with until now. pettitte said at 6 a.m. on january 27, tammy weeks called 911 when she saw 13-year-old nicole lovell wasn't at home. blacksburg police called the fbi who started tracing nicole's digital footprint. the fbi found messages between lovell and david eisenhauer when things really took a turn. eisenhauer told police he met up with lovell early in the morning on the 27th, but said he didn't kidnap her. natalie coopers took the stand at today's hearing and didn't

instead the commonwealth attorney read a summary of the statement she gave to police. in that statement, keepers said she and eisenhauer plotted and planned the best way to kill lovell and that slashing her throat would be the best way. keepers told police the day before lovell was kidnapped, she and eisenhauer went to a cookout in blacksburg. then they drove through lovell's apartment complex. after that, keepers said they went to a wal-mart in christianswent to a wal-mart in christiansburg to buy a shovel to dispose of the body. the commonwealth attorney said that was caught on camera. from there, keepers said that she and eisenhauer went to craig creek road in montgomery county to find a place for eisenhauer to kill lovell but keepers said murder. she did waive her miranda rights telling police she helped load lovell's body into eisenhauer's lexus. police say that the body was still in the car when they went into the wal-mart to buy cleaning supplies. from there the pair went to surrey county, north carolina

i will be live at 5:30 with more details on this. live in blacksburg, annie andersen, abc 13 news. >> danner: so many details coming out in court. annie outlined the few places of interest in this case. let's take a closer look at those for you. take a look at the map. investigators say eisenhauer picked nicole lovell up at her home on fairfax road in blacksburg wednesday night. then natalie keepers told police that she and eisenhauer drove down craigs creek road plotting the murder and later putting lovell's body in the trunk. finally, investigators found lovell's remains in surrey county, north carolina. right now nicole lovell's family is laying the teenager to rest. her funeral started just a couple of hours ago, and our katie brooke is live in blacksburg outside the funeral home with what we know new tonight. >> reporter: danner, hundreds of cars have been filing in here all afternoon as so many came to pay their last respects to the 13-year-old. the family asked that media not
