the nba finals. we began with a first call after a competition took a dangerous turn at a ski resort. the ski left malfunctioned during a southern alpine championship. leaving 100 skiers stranded on the lift. 25 of them fell to the ground and nine had minor injuries. two were taken to the local hospital. this is video from one boy being

another teen had to be rescued in addition to several teens from the wintergreen area. david's mother said the whole thing lasted more than 2 hours. they are head home tomorrow. we'll follow up with them tomorrow and bring you updates. one man is behind bars and another is on the run following a shooting this morning. around 10:45 a.m. a man said he was shot in the leg and in route from memorial hospital. that man was treated then released. 38-year-old jason louis white is charged and in jail without bailment. investigators are looking for this man. he's charged with firearm charges as well.

flood watch for the highlands. here is the boundary we are watching. this will bring periods of rain for tomorrow afternoon. some of that could be on the heifer side. we have clouds on the way on monday. we have more to deal with on tuesday. we'll start off dry tomorrow. we'll start to increase the chance of rain. it won't rain the entire day. some of those could be on the heifer heavier side. monday generally just a cloudier day. we can't rule out an isolated showers. rainfall totals again rayly less than an inch over a half-inch of rainfall. we have more rain coming up on tuesday and wednesday. overnight tuesday and overnight wednesday this could be a wintry mix. enough of the warm air will be
