the 19-year-old is charged with accessory before the fact to first-degree murder ... and body. david eisenhauer is charged with first-degree murder. both are bond. meanwhile, the associated press reports that a spokesperson for "kik".. says the company responded quickly when the effort to find nicole turned to her use of the social media app. acting on an emergency fbi request to provide information that the company believes led to the arrests of both suspects.### nicole lovell will be laid to rest in blacksburg this afternoon. her funeral is set for 3 this afternoon at mccoy funeral home in blacksburg. wednesday was a somber day as hundreds of family, friends, police officers and others gathered for nicole's visitation. they shared memories of the young girl who touched so many lives. katie wilson/ family friend 3:28:28 "remember her as the happy child she was the girl everybody loved. the smiling colie." a memorial fund for the family has been set up at the national bank of blacksburg.

expenses. remaining funds will be used to start a scholarship in nicole's name.### now to an update on a story out of franklin county... as one woman is charged in connection with the suspicious death of an infant. the rocky mount police chief says the autopsy revealed the baby was still born. the baby's body was found in a dumpster at a franklin county dump site. 24-year-old katherine dellis is charged with unlawful concealment of human remains. town leaders are sharing their thoughts. matthew hankins/assistan t town manager - "that's about the most rotten thing you can hear, it's not something you want to hear in particular associated with your town it's an unfortunate circumstance and its shaken a lot of people hear in the community." dellis is being held in the roanoke city jail. # over the past few months, the documentary "making a murderer" has gained popularity nationwide. many have a strong opinion on whether they believe the man at the center of the case, steven

now.. police in the town of "man-a-ta-wick", where the case has taken place.. have a new crime to focus on. captain larry zimney, manitowoc police department the same voice, same type of call that indicated that, there was a bomb in the building and that there would tonight." police say the caller indicated that he wanted justice for steven avery. after six p-m.. threatening bombs and explosives at the police department. once the scene was cleared a few hours later.. another call came in-- threatening a massacre. police again responded and found nothing. they're working now to determine where the calls are coming from. officers say they've received several threats since the documentary came out and are taking them all seriously.### risk for heart disease, but experts getting enough. a new study from the cleveland clinic finds 40 percent of us are not meeting the minimum recommendations for exercise.
