in other world news ... at least nine people are dead following a head-on collision between two trains in germany. authorities say the two commuter trains crashed early this morning on a single track about 30 miles outside of munich. officials say the crash was hard to get to because it occurred in a forested area. investigators say any survivors have been rescued. nearly 150 people were hurt.### south korea releases images of debris that's believed to be from a long- ranged rocket launched by north korea on sunday. the pieces of the rocket were pulled from the sea shortly after the announcement of the launch. south korea say investigators recovered nearly 270 pieces to analyze. according to officials, the number of pieces indicate that the first-stage rocket included a self-destructing device. north korea launched the rocket over the weekend, despite criticism from other countries. some believe the satellite launch test.### police have arrested the developers of a high-rise

hand-held technology devices are becoming more popular among younger generations ... but researchers say the devices may not be the best teaching method. some daycare workers say electronic tablets are the "go-to" items for play time but feel there's some value. experts though recommend children using more generic toys like building blocks. k-state child development and research extension specialist bradford wiles "we're teaching children how to use a tablet, but the information that's on the tablet, the children aren't really retaining." researchers say interaction with

they say tablets, phones, and other technological devices are distracting children from playing with other kids and their parents.### the parents of a georgia teen are talking about the importance of learning how to use defibrillators after the device saved their daughter's life. claire crawford was playing in a volleyball game when she collapsed. crawford had a heart attack and she and her parents didn't know why as heart disease did not run in their family. eric crawford/dad "i have no medical history. my wife doesn't have medical history in families that would cause this. you just don't know." a school administrator got the defibrillator off the wall and quickly put the pads on her. the shock got her heart beating again. at first, doctor could not determine what caused the problems, but later found several unexplained blockages that caused her to have triple bypass surgery.### now for a look at stories making headlines in the entertainment world... actor hugh jackman reveals another bout with skin cancer,
