breaking news in just the past 15 minutes. deputies say that a man killed his uncle and then was caught moments after he and a woman ditched the body in the woods. now, the couple has been charged with murder. the suspect told us that it was self defense. >> i never wanted to fight my uncle but he came at me with his knife. we were fighting. i tried to defend myself. he was choking me and i was choking him. >> tonight, investigators say they are still working to try and unconfer the original crime scene. i'm erica bryan. >> and i'm scott wickersham, and this is a major breaking story.
