we're goingo need some: we start with a hot pan, olive oil already in there. it's hot. we're going to throw in chopped onion. hear the sizzle. we have minuted garlic an just going to let that do its thing. we've got some frozen corn. we're going to add some cumin, chi powder, little bit of fresh lime juice and fresh chopped cilantro.

now let's blend all of this. i turned the heat off. an over here, i've got some quinoa, that i already cooked prior to this i've got a couple of cans of blacked beans right out of the can that i rinsed an drained. and now take the veggies an put those in. i think i could have used a bigger bowl. we're going to mix all of this up. now mix very carefully. for you as home, i recommend using a bigger bowl. we have everything sort of mixed. now into a baking dish. i'm going to add this cheese here and now top it with more cheese. oven's at 350. cover with foil, goes right this for 20 minutes. it's been in here for ten minutes covered with aluminum
