clean the leather because the leather would turn a dark brown color. >>reporter: few days later she nt to pick up the purse and was not a happy girl. >> it was dark dark brown. i said i don't like my bag. i told u guys not to clean the outside of my bag. he goes well, you brought it in like this. and i said notice don't. >>reporter: she said the shop had cleaned the outside making the straps darker. here's a picture of a new purse and the straps after the cleaning. >> i said i'm not paying for something that i don't like. >>reporter: the store then agreed to replace all the straps. few days later she went back again and again was not happy. >> i feel like they replaced my leather with unreal louis leather. >>reporter: you have to be a louis lover to notice the changes. clearly she is. >> i pay attention tovring. if there's a spot on there i trust me i know the spot is there. >>reporter: she took pictures of her purse before she dropped it o and the pictures after it was redone.

now longer and the stitching is different. >> this 3 down 1 across when i picked it up today there are 4 that runs down. >>reporter: she refused to p for the repairs and told the store she wanted them to replace the 1400 dollar purse. they said no. >> nothing like a regular louis bag. i was highly disappointed with the bag. >>reporter: howard legally what are her rights? >> if you take something to be cleaned or repaired and they are neglect and they daniel it, are neglect and they daniel it, they have to either fix it or give you the purse and compensate you for the value that was lost because of the damage to the purse. if any. they do not have to give you what you paid for the purse. >>reporter: i first spoke to the repair shop. they said they spent 500 dollars to f the purse and only going to charge her 200 dollars. they told me they used genuine louis leather and when you replace them they won't look like the new purse. they said it looked amazing and

we are looking at temperatures when you get up and around at the time 50's and then just like we had today, tuesday afternoon is goi to feature a little bit of sunshine and mild temperatures in the afternoon with the 60's before they settle down once again and then another one more chilly night as we go into tuesday night and wednesday morning with similar temperatures. here's the set up. we have artic high pressure around the great lakes and we are on the cold side of it. as we get deeper into the week, that high is going to move away and we'll get in on the warmth as it starts to build by thursday and friday. there's also a distant weather system which could bring a front in our direction by friday with some rain showers. until then mostly dry. boating forecast, small craft advisory overnight for dade and broward and in n e keys it's already in effect. it's been the case a@l evening long with choppy waters. temperatures as advertised, temperatures as advertised,
