guard station on miami beach. they arrived about half hour ago and they are currently speak with coast guard representatives going through interview and being checked out. th is a picture that was september to us by sea tow from fort lauderdale. they are a private comomny who showed up to help sal vandal the boat. about 6:30 tonight the coast guard received a phone call from 13 nautical miles off t coast of lauderdale by the sea that this 106 foot motor yacht was taking on water and going under. we spoke with the coast guard three different units from the coast guard arrived, helicopter and 2 boats to help rescue those people. we spoke with the coast guard about that rescue mission, and what the conditionon were like as they tried to get those people off the sinking yacht. >> at about 25 minutes after last person was taken off the vessel is when the vessel completely sunk. extremely hectic situation. you have to think about it. choppy sea. high winds.
