just about 7:00 p.m. this evening with the problem with this jet, this is not your tip wal passenger plane that recreationally will be used this is the jet. and let's go to the video and show you the emergency,ehicles and the investigation under way, this as detectives and rescue officials were kind of wrapping their investigation, tough to get to where this jet is, we are way in west, broward off of u.s., 27, and we are unable to see where thelane landed and another piece of video here, these are the two people that were flying this plane, they were on the way to fort lauderdale executive airport. it was about 7:00 p.m. that they were forced to make this emergency, landing. the pilot was having some sort of engine issue, and that he needed to put the plane down immediately and he did so on a road near the everglades, and now i am going to show you a picture of this plane, because it is mentioned not your typical plane, and this is an l39, and some countries used it for military purposes years ago, and no longer the case in most

>> anchor: danielle's mother amy was not sure that she would see this or any day for that matter. after finding a roommate on craig's list, byron mitchel moved into dadaelle's home and just one week later on valentine's day moved in for the kill, beating and stabbing her so brutally and viciously, police say she almost, died and was left in a coma. t danielle is defying the odz taking her first steps in the hospital, starting to talk again, and spending a few minutess outside. and with her speech slowly coming back, danielle was able to articulate, just how blessed she feels that people care about her progress. >> i lot of people have been watching it. >> she started talking. and she has full sentences. and she is starting physical therapy. now she has been transferred to rehabilitation, to the florida, rehabilitation. and everyone says that it is a

where was your teacher when that happened. >> she was at her desk. >> at her desk and drunk according to a complaint, filed by t t broward county schools, first grade teacher at lloyd estates elementary, 45-year-old, is accused of going into the classroom under the influence on december, 9th. according to the complaint, around 9:30 that morning, another teacher observed responsibility ant, referring to single ton stumbling escorting the children to the classroom, when the principal got involved, she noticed an odor of alcohol when speaking to her. the report says that she was irritable and unable to espond to questions, to make matters worse, the finger slalaing incident. the complaint states that she allowed the entire fourt grade class to go to the portable rest room, unsupervised and a student injured his handd when his finger baz caught in the door. she was fired by the school

and it all went down at this bus terminal, the witnesses showing the police officer, slapping a homeless man during the arrest and that officer was suspended and charged with battery and today he learned his fate. >> caught on camera, fort lauderdale police officer slapping a homeless man, the officer rameriz., facing misdemeanor charges and falsifying the police report, and the jury not cgnvict lging. >> in this case, the defendant is not guilty. >> the state filing charges against the 9 year veteran after this cell phone, video hit the web. shot february of last year at fortauderdale bus terminal, the officer confronting the man, sleeping on the bencnc placing him under arrest for trespassing when the encounter turned violent. in the video, the officer is heard, threatening the man, but prosecutors saying that his report of the incident didn't reflect what happened. >> i warned him and said that you can't be here.
