there are a few candidates still holding on - bernie sanders won in colorado - oklahoma - minnesota - and his home state of vermont. sot sanders the people, when will stand together, will be victorious now it will be back to the campaign trail for these candidates until march 15th - when five more states will head to the polls. live in the control room - makenzie walter news channel 3. representatives for an organization aiming to get rid of norfolk city treasurer anthony burfoot say they had a good night last night. they say they )re close to reaching the number of signatures to reach their goal. members of the group-- citizens recall committee-- went to polling locations to gather signatures. burfoot was indicted on federal corruption charges earlier this year. the indictment claims he used his position as a city official to make business deals. the group wants him recalled from office. he also calls the effort politically motivated. activists were also out with petitions to recall mayor kenny wright in portsmouth. the mayor was arrested on felony eluding charges--- following a heated confrontation with sheriff bill watson in january. those activists are calling for a new mayor. in norfolk: police are looking for two men involved in a late night armed robbery. officers were called to the 7- eleven on granby street just after midnight. they say two men were armed when they walked into the store. no one was hurt. police are still looking for them if you have any information call the crime line. later today: the man accused of killing u-v-a student hannah graham, and virginia tech student morgan harrington - is expected to plead guilty to those murders. jesse matthew faces the death penalty if convicted for the murder of hannah graham. under the plea deal, his life would be spared. matthew s trial for graham )s murder was scheduled for july. his second trial for the murder of morgan

in suffolk: police are now investigating a body found in a cemetery-- as a homicide. police say 42-year-old wayne watford s body was found around one-30 yesterday morning at the pleasant hill cemetery. that )s on dill road. officials have not yet released a cause of death. if you have any information that can help police-- take action and call the crime line. in virginia beach: an 88-year old woman was killed - when the car she was in collided with an emergency vehicle. the crash happened just after nine yesterday morning on lynnhaven parkway and north mall drive. doris baxter was rushed to the hospital, but didn )t survive. the drive was also taken to the hospital, but is expected to be okay. the e-m-s driver is now assigned to administrative duties while police investigate. police are asking for any witnesses to the crash to

a norfolk girl has completed her goal of collecting one thousand barbie dolls for one thousand girls in homeless shelters and foster homes. 9-year-old gianni graham says she completed her goal this week. she started in january with five barbies which were her own christmas gifts. within two months she collected more than one thousand dolls thanks to deliveries locally and from as far away as scotland - all so that she could help girls feel some joy during a hard time. outcue: ".. the t-v host is suing the national marriott in tennessee for 75-million dollars for giving her room number to a stalker who filmed her while she was naked. the 10-sailors held captive by iran in january may be disciplined for mistakes that contributed to the incident. an official say an investigation found that the sailors made repeated errors which led them into iranian territorial waters. among other things they reportedly failed to conduct a standard operational briefing before setting sail. the sailors were then captured, and reportedly blindfolded and interrogated during their detainment. a toddler fell out of the back of a moving van -- and it s caught on camera. outcue: ".. car behind the van saw the boy... and picked him up. they were able to flag down the van and get the child back to his family. the van was apparently rear-ended recently, so the trunk door wouldn )t shut properly. a woman trapped outside during a tornado survived by standing next to a vending machine. security footage caught the desperate measures the woman took to stay alive - as a tornado blew right over her. you see her run up this hardware store - but the doors were locked. so she hides behind a nearby vending machine moments just before e-f-3 tornado with winds up to 140- miles per hour destroyed the store. the machine was knocked down..
