a chanello )s driver robbed early wednesday while delivering pizza. someone robbed the driver on picadilly street in norfolk. that )s right off interstate 64. one a-m. we )re told the person who robbed the driver was armed -- but no one was hurt. police say the robber got away with cash and personal property. a texas trooper has been fired after the arrest and death of sandra bland. brian en-sin-ee-ah encinia was indicted for lying about his arrest of sandra bland, after a traffic stop near houston last july.the arrest was caught on his squad car s dash cam. bland was arrested for assault and jailed. 3 days later --she was found dead in her cell, hanging with a plastic bag around her neck. the officer can still appeal the department s decision to fire him. nasa astronaut scott kelly is back on american soil. kelly landed in houston overnight after returning to earth tuesday. he had spent a record 340 days in space. as don champion reports, doctors are now checking kelly to see what kind of impact his long duration space

a dashboard camera captured the deputy inside the vehicle as garcia drove off. about five hundred feet away garcia stopped. he is charged with aggravated fleeing of a law enforcement officer -- a fourth degree felony. a virginia family says their son will not be returning to his private school -- because of a disagreement about the length of his hair. shelby brown with our sister station in richmond has more. natsound shelby/track isaiah freeman s hair has been the source of controversy between isaiah s parents and west end christian school administrators. the school says his hair is too long. the problem, it has been that way since he was in the third grade. i was a bit confused because my hair has been that way for so long. dad shawn freeman says they pulled isaiah s hair back so it would not be in his face or over his hears shelby/track school administrators found that unacceptable and said he needed to cut it or he would face
