florida and down through north carolina as well. so if we could get this advancing here you'll eventually see this area of low pressure, tropical depression 9, could become a tropical storm by the time we go into this afternoon. it looks like it will produce up to 10 to 15 inches of rain across parts of florida especially by the time we get to the end of the week. as for the storm in north carolina, we will see up to 1 to 3 inches of rain and also the rough surf and rip currents. both storms will eventually move
