9:39 am
>> the main ingredient that is in it is naturally dry. >> yes. this is the technology that is behind it that is really amazing. they have taken shall rock. they have extracted the nutrients from it. they have infused it into the plexaderm, so when you apply it to clean dry skin it actually helps pull up the moisture from your skin, and then tightens simultaneously to give you that beautiful neat smooth amazing. >> i think so too. this is a cream it is important to say. it's not an injection. this does not require a doctor's visit, there is no waiting for results. >> no waiting yeah. >> you just apply it and then wait and let it do its work. >> it's not an injectable. injectables nothing wrong with them, but they can be iffy. sometimes they might work. sometimes you might not get the effect you want not to mention costly. this i like you're applying you're in control of it you put
9:40 am
ritual i think you will really see a major difference. >> a lot of research went into it. the technology is derived from the minerals you were just talking about. i want to show, the undereye bags the dramatic results are very telling. >> all of the rage is to contour things away. you can't really contour a bag away. with plexaderm he just applies it and it just sinks in and within a few minutes the circumference of that bag if you're a new mother or haven't gotten a lot of sleep or working late it works for everybody you're really going to see a major difference. >> like we have said it's one thing to talk about it another thing to see it in person for yourself. see those results. because getting the under eye bags the crows feet the wrinkles to disappear is really impressive. right now there is it a great special for morning blend viewers.

there are a lot of things we can do to our routine to look and feel younger. here with an easy quick trick to make you look years younger up to 13 years with little mckinsey. we're excited to talk about this product. the thing about having beautiful white teeth not just that it makes us look younger, but your overall appearance is brighter. >> absolutely. if you think about it everyone's teeth over time is going to get stained anyway. so the great thing about power swabs is, it's a nice way to whiten your teeth in just fine e minutes which is exciting.
9:45 am
can do it in so little time. a lot of people will say is there proof to the fact that having whiter teeth makes you look younger and you would say? >> yeah they have done studies. they took a picture of a woman they had everything the same. this woman right here not a model everything is the same the hair, makeup the smile the only difference is the color of her teeth. they asked people how old do you think this lady is they guessed she was up to 13 years younger based on her white teeth. catching up with friends over wine, especially red wine because it is healthy for us. we all love coffee and chocolate. people say i'm on this quest to have whiter teeth. >> the gentleman that came up with this has you take the
9:46 am
stay whiter longer. he also came out with the stain out quick stick. this you use for maintenance in between. a lot of people use like the apps on their phone to make their teeth whiter don't do that do it in real life. >> you give that boost. people often wait for results. this seems like the kind of thing you get almost instant results. >> it's exciting. i want people to see you can do n it's easy you don't have to rinse or spit. they are swabs you do it five minutes a day for a week you don't have to whiten for six months or so. >> people are busy. >> i'm busy and i don't have time to do that. power swabs goes on your teeth so you can talk while you do it. what i'm doing here. -- >> multitask. >> especially if you're a woman i could do this take care of the kids and drive my car at the
9:47 am
sensitivity. >> it's not going to hurt. >> this is formulated to it work on caps, crowns and veneers. that's another thing you want those to whiten too. >> i have half of my front tooth is fake. hi a friend that threw a phone at me not out of anger, but chipped my front tooth and this one is always hard to whiten. >> and you are so conscious about it. this is a really big deal didn't rinse or spit it tastes really nice. i do it 2, 2 1/2 minutes then i go to the whitener. my bottom teeth get stained quicker. i'm a iced tea drinker and coffee drinker. >> me too. >> you put it on with the trays you hope for the best you hope it reaches those areas you don't really know. this tastes good you can walk and talk and do this at the same time. >> i like that you can target it and let me tell you green tea
9:48 am
there think because it is lighter in color it's the same too. >> and white wine that's right. good point. >> live your life. >> what is it you think just really quickly because there are so many things on the market we're overwhelmed with choices. >> great thing about power swabs you can whiten your teeth two shades whiter in five minutes, six shades in seven days you are not going to have the mess or sensitivity. it costs a tenth of the cost of going to at dentist office and you can do it on the go. >> there that lot of reason there is all good people can call right now there is a toll free number or can you go online. the wonderful thing there is a special offer today for morning blend viewers we appreciate you sharing it with us. everyone who calls right now will get free shipping and free quick stick you showed us with their orders in between the whitening, if you mention the morning blend you can also take advantage ever this buy two get one free promotion, which includes three free quick sticks, but you need to call
9:49 am
here's what you do call toll free (800)663-6401. mention the morning blend don't forget that power swabs.com. thank you so much melinda. >> thanks great to be back. >> great to see you. now we're going to head to tiff. thanks molly. with gas prices at record lows still, many people will take advantage and some take some kind of trip. whether you are planning to travel by planes, trains or automobiles laura powell has tips to get you where you wantto >> hi how are you? >> doing great. happy halloween. people are already think being holiday travels. >> i know it's never too early. the cards are in the hallmark shop so why not holiday travel too? >> absolutely. where do we start when planning a holiday vacation with our family or friends? >> well it's really a matter of planning ahead. once you figure out where you're going to get then you want to figure out how you will get
9:50 am
it's never too late to get your car road ready. bring your car into a dealer, getting fl fluids checked. having the oil changed. another thing is preparing the kids in the trip. have them involved in the planning. also make sure to bring along healthy snacks. make sure you download movies and other entertainment games that can keep themcc the back seat and always allow yourself plenty of time for the trip itself. because it's going to take longer there is a lot of people out there during the holidays so you can expect that a two hour trip is going to be longer. >> all really great ideas. we're looking at road tripping too. are there ways we can save on doing a road trip? >> well first of all, i would recommend getting an emergency roadside assistance plan that is really important in case the car breaks down it will save you a lot of money.
9:51 am
trips you might want to consider taking an electric vehicle. the kia solev is the motor week best eco car of the year it's really cool. it has neat features it has a smart phone app where you can actually heat the car up or cool it down before you even get in. you can charge it anywhere and of course if you take an electric car there are no fuel costs that's a big money saver. >> those are great tips i like that a lot. there is not enough room. are there ways to fight a great spacious place for the family? >> you know i think it's a really good idea for families to look for all suite hotels that offer basically both separate living and sleeping accommodations so, embassy suites or homewood suites which are part of hilton's all suite
9:52 am
accommodations separate living areas. at homewood suites you get free breakfast and they have kitchens so you can do cooking in your hotel room even make a pie to bring to the family dinner. , but that way you can save money on food costs and you're basically getting two hotel rooms for the price of one. that's really good for the family budget. >> two for one is always good for the budget. between traveling and all of the holiday activie sleep i think you have ideas there. >> that's really crucial. a lot of times people travel and don't stick to their routine and so, one of the things you can do in terms of sleep, is bring along zequal. you can take it 20 minutes you're asleep. you will wake up not feeling groggy. you will be nice and refreshed and ready to either hit the road again, or visit the family. or do whatever activities is on the agenda that day. >> wonderful.
