on that event i move from minds, we try to bring researchers, experts, people who can give the up-to-date information about how it all works together. >> is it genetic? have you found? >> there is is a component that is genetic, but we're finding out more and more is that it's life-style and that your genes are not your destiny. that's really important for everybody out there to remember. your genes are not your destiny. there are things you can do starting today in terms of exercise, diet, sleep, meditation, and help >> and for people to learn where do you go? >> women's alzheimer's movement we run telling thek move for minds event, what women are doing aover the globe. get involved. make sure if they're in this space they can raise money in this space and if they have a mom or a dad in their 50s or 60s, talk to them about their brain health. notice, how is their brain health? how are they remembering?
