the kidnapping was scoping the area around and even potentially followed this woman until they chose to actually pull off this kidnapping. police also released video of the woman as she is kind of hanging out, scoping out this area with a picture of her, but the community came together, police acted quickly, and it took them three days to be able to rescue the baby. the man and the woman kidnapped were trying to get away. >> a surprised she got the baby back. sometimes you don't know if you'll ever see the child again. >> that's why she's just so relieved. >> this woman is going to be terrified to leave her home with her child after this. >> and as a street vendor, she has to be out there again. that's her job, her livelihood. >> the kidnapper, do we know what's going to happen to them? >> at this point they were arrested, but we can imagine

that breaking news now...the statewide recount of presidential ballots certified an hour ago.george mallet is in the newsroom with a look at the conclusion of a long, political drama. courtny, shannon--- there may yet be some screaming--- but for all intents and purposes

potboiler is complete. all 72 counties in the badger state completed their counts-- - and at three o'clock this afternoon those results had all been reported and were promptly certified by the wisconsin election commission. if anybody was expecting--- a dramatic change in the outcome--- they were surely disappointed. the recount resulted in almost no shift in the numbers. donald trump's margin of victory remains just over roughly 22- thousand votes--- out of nearly three million cast. this was really a remarkable achievt clerks, the canvassing boards, the tabulators, the municipal clerks. it's something that has never been done before in the state of wisconsin: conducting a recount of a presidential election. and the fact that this was done in ten days i think is really a credit to those individuals. and this result--- also concludes the national story. as you know, jill stein's request for recounts in pennsylvania and michigan were denied. so the wisconsin recount was the only story--
