delayed and ebron worked with investigators to find the body. lonzie's mother pled guilty last week to "child neglect and she also agreed trial". she faces up to five years in prison. a shooting at the "hope food store" on the corner of 22nd street and m l k in tampa is still under investigation. clerk shot a suspect monday afternoon after the suspect threatened him with a knife. the suspect is at tampa general with life threatening injuries. the clerk was not hurt. time now for headlines around the nation and the world. this is your 60 second scan. a challenging rescue on the side of the tallest building in houston. two window washers got stuck in scaffolding. a motor malfunction stranded them outside the "71st floor of the chase bank building." rescue crews put ropes around the washers, guiding them to safety through the window. luckily, no one was hurt.

oklahoma a new program is trying to keep freshmen from packing on the pounds. oral roberts university will require all freshmen to wear "fitbit fitness trackers." students are required to hit "10 thousand steps a day"-- and meet "heartbeat per minute standards." some students say they don't like the idea of being constantly tracked. and thought the days of "unlimited data" were over? at&t is now bringing back the unlimited plan for direct tv subscribers. starting tooday-- users can pay a hundred dollars for unlimited data, talk and text. its an effort to get customers to buy both wireless and television services. a-t & t acquired direct t-v last summer for 48 point 5 billion dollars. what to watch for, president obama delivers his final state of the union address tonight. gun control will likely take center stage.

the recalled batches are "grape and cherry flavored." they were sold in 4-ounce bottles. the products are sold by distributors nationwide under a variety of brand names. go to wtsp dot com. we've made it easy for you-- to find out if you have the recalled products. there's a chart showing you the stores -- and the specific lot numbers. in this morning's restaurant red alert, a popular fast food restaurant-- shut down by the state. we're talking about a wendy's on "east 10th street in palmetto in manatee county. this all started with a consumer complaint e-mailed in to state health inspectors. that customer reported seeing a live roach crawling across the front counter, while he was waiting for his chicken nuggets. an employee also spotted the insect, squashing it right there on the counter. the customer says the employee thankfully washed their hands before continuing to serve food, but urged health inspectors to stop in to make sure everything was okay. the state later arriving, to confirm live roach activity, but also found sewage or wastewater backing up through the floor drains at the front service counter, triggering an emergency closure.
