good evening, i'm reginald rountree. right now our top story, first information that you will only see on 10 news. developing right now, the rays stadium talk is at a fever pitch tonight in st. pete where the city council just approve add dole to allow the team to look at alternate stadium sites in hillsborough. kendra collin this has been a hard and long fought deal. >> it absolutely has been and the rays needed a 5-3 vote for this deal to go their way and that is what they got, the council approving 5-3 majority saying that this deal is the best way to keep the rays here in the bay and potentially develop the drop site. i can tell you exactly what this means now. the rays in the next two months have to tell the city how they will evaluate the new stadium
