been staying on top of since last year. a local charity-- paid thousands of dollars-- to a contractor to upgrade their boat. it was never finished, in fact, now the boat might be ruined. 10 investigates beau zimmer shows you the charity finally has some good news and that contractor has been banned from a certain marina. kelly kowall started "my warrior's place" after her 20-year- old son. corey was killed serving in afghanistan. it's a warterfront retreat to help returning veterans and other service members cope. 16:56 it's something they never forget. they remember the boating trips when they're here. but as 10investigates first reported last year. kowall paid local boat refurbisher tanner smith 6000 dollars to make the boat wheelchair accessible. the boat sat unfinished for
